Started in a Garage Gym

Red Start Supplements began when three training partners in northern Utah got tired of buying tubs with 22-ingredient "matrixes" and no gram amounts. We started ordering single ingredients in bulk, weighing them on a jeweler's scale, and mixing our own pre-workout in a plastic bin between sets.

What We Kept

When we turned it into a real company, we kept three habits from the garage: print every dose, test every batch, and never sell something we don't personally take before a heavy session.

• Short ingredient lists over long ones
• Grams on the front panel, not the back in fine print
• Unflavored options for everything we can make unflavored

Where We Are Now

We still operate out of Utah, still answer our own emails, and still keep a jeweler's scale in the office. The bin has been replaced by an actual blender, which our old training partners consider a betrayal.
